2 c. pecans 1 c. brown sugar (or white) 1/2 c. water Cook and stir until all water has cooked out and pecans are well coated. Place in baking dish. Place in 325 degrees oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Be careful not to burn. Let cool and break apart.
