1/4 c. green or red hot peppers 1 1/2 c. green sweet bell peppers 6 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. vinegar 1 bottle pectin Remove seeds from pepper and grind. (Use rubber gloves.) Mix peppers with sugar and vinegar and bring to boil. Boil 3 minutes. Add pectin and boil 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and pour into sterile jars. Serve with cream cheese and crackers.
