CORN RELISH

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 c. chopped cucumber (do not peel)
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. each: mustard seed, celery seed and salt

Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil over medium heat.
Ladle at once into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 5 half-pints.
