SPINACH DIP

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 envelope vegetable soup mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and soup mix. Stir in
spinach and water chestnuts. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2
hours. Makes 3 cups.
