1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 3/4 c. milk 1 c. frozen hash browns 1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes 1/2 tsp. chili powder Topping for Garnish: 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion optional: sour cream Mix cooked and drained ground beef and add soup, milk, potatoes, chilies, taco seasoning and chili powder. On low heat, bring to slow boil and reduce heat to simmer and simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with cheese, green onions and a teaspoon sour cream. Serve with corn chip Scoops.
