1 lb. ground chuck 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 ribs celery, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained) 1/2 head cabbage, chopped 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes 4 beef bouillon cubes Brown ground chuck and drain. Add all ingredients in pot. Bring to boil and reduce heat to medium or lower and simmer 1 hour. Optional: One chopped onion. Add to ground beef and cook until tender.
