3 c. diced cooked ham 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. melted butter 3 (10 oz.) pkg. cream-style corn, thawed 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Saute ham, celery and onion in butter in a heavy pot. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Note: I use half and half for milk.
