2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained 1 c. chopped onions 1 clove garlic, minced 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 can pinto beans (undrained) 1 can red kidney beans (undrained) 1 can golden hominy (undrained) 1 can cream-style corn 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes 1 c. salsa 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix 1 c. grated cheese (for garnishing) Cook ground beef, onions and garlic until meat is done; drain well. Stir in taco seasoning. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix well and bring to slow boil on medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Spoon into bowl and garnish with cheese.
