4 c. chopped lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion (purple or green)
2 c. frozen English peas (raw)
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. bacon bits
1 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
Layer lettuce, celery, peppers, onions and English peas.
Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and bacon bits. Pour over vegetables
and seal top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
