1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) nondairy whipped topping
1 c. roasted pecans
Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring
occasionally. Remove from heat; add Jell-O and stir until dissolve.
Cool. Add buttermilk and stir. Fold in whipped topping and pecans.
Spoon into a 12 x 12 x 2-inch dish.
