3 chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 stack Ritz crackers 1/4 c. butter Cook chicken breast until tender. Cut into small pieces. Place chicken in a buttered baking dish. Stir soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with 1/4 cup butter. Place crackers over soup mixture.
