3/4 stick margarine 1 whole fryer, cut up salt and pepper to taste self-rising flour Salt and pepper as desired. Dredge in flour. Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan in a 400 degrees oven. When butter gets hot, place chicken in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake 25 minutes. Remove from pan and serve. Very easy.
