8 oz. grated cheese 3 large chicken breasts, cooked and diced 8 oz. vermicelli, cooked in chicken broth 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes 1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1/2 stick margarine Saute onions and bell pepper in margarine. Mix onions, bell pepper, mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Set aside. In buttered 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish, layer 1/2 of cooked vermicelli, chopped chicken, vegetable mixture and other 1/2 of vermicelli. Top with grated cheese.
