CHICKEN PARMIGIANA

Italian-style bread crumbs
4 thin chicken breasts
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh or can)
1 egg, beaten in bowl
1/2 c. vegetable oil
angel hair pasta

Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in bowl. Put chicken in beaten
egg and roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in hot oil and fry on
each side for 6 minutes each. Remove from oil and drain on rack.
2 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh or can)

Place chicken in baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and
top with cheese. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees until hot and
cheese has melted.

Serve over angel hair pasta, prepared as directed on package.
