5 lb. pork Boston butt roast 5 lb. chuck beef roast 3 lb. potatoes 1 lb. carrots 1 large onion 3 lb. sweet potatoes 1/2 c. soy sauce Season both roasts and place in a roaster with lid. Wash and cut sweet potatoes and white potatoes in half. Place around roast. Wash and peel carrots. Cut into 3-inch pieces; put around roast. Peel onion and cut into wedges. Place over potatoes and carrots. Pour 1/2 cup soy sauce over all. Cover a place in a preheated 350 degrees oven. Cook 4 hours or until done. Test meat for doneness.
