3 lb. ground chuck beef 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 gloves garlic, crushed 3 bell peppers, chopped 3 large onions, chopped 3 tsp. salt 3 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. chili powder 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 Tbsp. A-1 sauce 3 Tbsp. chili sauce 3 small cans tomato sauce 3 small cans tomato paste 3 c. boiling water Brown beef in oil. Add garlic, green bell peppers, onions and seasonings; simmer. Blend remaining ingredients; add to meat mixture. Simmer for 2 hours. Note: Freezes well. Serves 12.
