1 lb. box lasagna 2 lb. ground chuck 1 large onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 (8 oz.) can water 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Prepare lasagna noodles as directed on box. Drain. Brown meat and onions; drain. Add salt, pepper, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and water. Mix well and simmer 20 minutes. In 13 x 9 x 3-inch glass dish: layer of meat mixture, the lasagna, cheese, meat mixture, lasagna and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
