1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans 3/4 c. barbecue sauce 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 can flaky biscuits 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 Tbsp. minced onions (I use dry flakes) Brown ground beef and drain. Stir salt, pork and beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and minced onions together. Stir in ground beef; mix and pour into 13 x 9 baking dish. Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles. Place cut biscuits on top of mixture, around outer side of cooking dish. Do not place in middle. Sprinkle cheese over all mixture and biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
