2 lb. ground chuck 1 c. bread crumbs or dry oatmeal 1/2 tsp. dry parsley 2 eggs 2 Tbsp. dry minced onions 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder salt and pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauce: 1 (10 oz.) jar chili sauce 1 (8 or 10 oz.) jar grape jelly 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional) In large bowl, combine all meat ball ingredients and roll into bite size, 1/2 the size of a golf ball. Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, until cooked but not brown. Drain. Sauce: Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Add to meat balls.
