1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 envelope taco sauce 1 can drained chopped green chilies 1 1/4 c. milk 3/4 c. baking mix 3 eggs 2 tomatoes, sliced or chopped 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 c. shredded lettuce Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Cook beef and onions until beef is no longer pink; drain well. Stir in seasoning. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with green chilies. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, using a hand mixer. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Remove and top with sliced or chopped tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Cook 8 minutes longer or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Top with additional tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and sour cream (see following). Put sour cream in middle of pie, then chopped tomatoes all around sour cream, then lettuce. Sprinkle all with shredded cheese.
