1 lb. ground chuck beef 1 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. baking mix 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tomatoes, sliced 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Cook beef and onions until beef is no longer pink; drain well. Put in bottom of pie plate. Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth, using a hand mixer. Pour over beef and onions. Bake 25 minutes. Remove, top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
