turkey breast salt and pepper 1 egg 1 c. milk 2 c. self-rising flour oil Cut turkey breast into cubes or finger size strips. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. I use iron skillet and about 1 1/2 inches oil. Beat egg and milk together in medium bowl. Place self-rising flour in large bowl. Salt and pepper turkey. Coat with flour, then put in egg and milk mixture; place back in flour. Drop into oil and cook both sides until golden brown. Drain.
