MARINATED VENISON

(Deer)

sliced venison steak (1/4-inch thick)
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced

Mix all ingredients and pour over meat. Place in refrigerator
overnight. If placed in airtight container, turn several times or
stir several times to keep meat coated with marinated sauce.

Remove and place on hot grill. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side. DO
NOT OVERCOOK.
