VENISON STEAK/WILD TURKEY COUNTRY STYLE

steak (tenderize by hacking)
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3 c. self-rising flour

Beat eggs and milk together in large bowl. Place flour in large
bowl. Place steak in flour, into egg mixture, and back into flour.
Deep fry until golden brown.

Turkey: Debone whole turkey. Follow same procedure for venison
steak. Old or young turkey.
