BAR B QUE VENISON

(Deer)

venison roast
1 tsp. salt
barbeque sauce of your choice

Place roast in large pot; cover with water; add salt. Cook over
medium heat 3 to 4 hours or until venison is tender. Remove meat;
cool. Chop into small cubes. Add barbeque sauce. Place in a 350 degrees
oven until meat is hot, about 20 minutes.

Serve on a bun or serve with French fries and cole slaw.
