2 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 medium chopped onion 3 gloves garlic, minced 2 eggs 1 Tbsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional) 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp. heavy cream 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck beef 1/2 lb. ground pork 2 1/2 c. shredded cheese 1/3 c. parsley 1 c. uncooked oatmeal 1/4 c. catsup Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove crumble and set aside. Cook onion and garlic in bacon dripping until onions are tender. In separate bowl, beat eggs, mustard, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire, cream, salt and pepper and catsup. Add meat (bacon, ground chuck and pork), parsley, oatmeal, onion, garlic and shredded cheese. Mix well with hands. Form into one large meat loaf or several individual serving meat loaves. Place in baking dish. Top with sauce. Bake 1 hour or until done in middle. Sauce: 1 c. catsup 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. brown sugar Mix and place on top meat loaf.
