1 egg, slightly beaten 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed French onion soup 1 1/3 c. crushed butter-flavored crackers 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped 1/4 c. chopped onions Combine egg, onion, soup, bell pepper, onions and cracker crumbs. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf. Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour mushroom soup over loaf.
