4 large onions, thinly sliced 1/4 c. vegetable oil 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp. brown sugar In large skillet, saute onions in oil over medium heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar. Cook 10 minutes longer or until onions are golden in color. Makes 6 servings. Serve on top of burgers or any other meat.
