CHEESY MACARONI AND CHEESE

4 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. grated red rind cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni and drain; add red rind cheese
when macaroni is still hot.

Mix remaining ingredients; pour over macaroni and cheese. Mix well.
Place in large baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Top with additional
cheese.
