6 to 8 potatoes 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. margarine 1/2 c. milk (more or less) Peel, cube and wash potatoes. Put in pot and cover with water; add salt. Place on stove on medium heat. Bring to boil and cook until fork tender. Drain. Put in large mixing bowl or back in pot and use hand mixer. Beat potatoes until fluffy; add butter and whip.
