3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Topping: 1 c. light brown sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 1/3 c. flour 1/2 c. butter Mix together and sprinkle on top of potato casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
