2 c. squash 2 eggs 1 can cream of chicken soup 2/3 c. grated cheese 3 Tbsp. finely chopped onions butter Ritz crackers salt and pepper to taste Cook and drain squash. Add eggs to squash. Then add soup, pepper, onions and 10 Ritz crackers (crushed). Mix well. Stir in grated cheese. Pour into glass casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Mix with 4 tablespoons melted butter.
