3/4 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes 1/4 c. melted butter 2/3 c. milk 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix sweet potatoes, melted butter and milk. Sift flour and measure, then resift with baking powder, sugar and salt. Stir the sifted ingredients into sweet potato mixture. Turn dough out on a floured board and toss it lightly until smooth on the outside. Roll to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with floured biscuit cutter.
