2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 3/4 c. Ranch salad dressing with bacon 1 loaf unsliced French bread 2 Tbsp. melted butter minced fresh parsley In bowl, combine the cheese and salad dressing; set aside. Cut bread in half lengthwise; brush with butter. Place on baking sheet. Broil 4 inches from heat until golden brown. Be careful not to burn. Remove from oven; spread cheese mixture on bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley. Slice to serve. Makes 8 servings.
