1 c. oil 3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1/2 c. water 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. soda 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. pumpkin 1 c. raisins 1 c. chopped pecans Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Set aside. On medium speed, beat oil, sugar and eggs until light and smooth. On low speed, add dry ingredients alternately with water, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix only enough to blend. Stir in raisins and pecans. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Makes about 24 muffins.
