1/4 c. vegetable oil 3/4 c. sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. blueberries Cream vegetable oil and sugar. Add egg and all other ingredients except blueberries. Mix well and stir in blueberries. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour into a 12-cup greased muffin tin and bake 15 minutes. I use paper muffin cup liners.
