20 oz. crushed pineapple (in its own juice), drained 1 box instant sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix 1/4 c. fat-free milk 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese 1 c. pecans, roasted and chopped 1 graham cracker crust Drain pineapple; add pudding mix. Then cream cheese until fluffy; add milk and pineapple mixture. Blend well. Add 3/4 cup chopped pecans and blend. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle remaining pecans on top.
