1 1/2 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder 3 eggs, beaten 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. margarine, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 deep dish frozen pie crust Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar and cocoa; mix well. Whisk in remaining ingredients except pie crust. Pour chocolate mixture into frozen pie crust. Place pie in preheated oven on cook sheet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until center puffs. Cool completely and garnish with whipped topping. Makes 8 servings.
