SWEET POTATO PIE

1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, spices and milk. Add butter to pulp.
Add pulp to first mixture. Pour into a pie crust. Bake in a hot
oven (450 degrees) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 40
minutes or until filling is firm.
