FRESH APPLE NUT CAKE

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh apples, diced fine
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream oil and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add flour
and cinnamon; beat well. Stir in apples and nuts. Put in greased
and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
