4 eggs 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 c. sugar 2 c. self-rising flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. chopped pecans Beat first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix all ingredients. Cook in Bundt pan that has been sprayed with vegetable oil with flour spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean in inserted in middle of cake.
