1 (18. 5 oz.) box red velvet cake mix 3 large eggs 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients and pour into two 9-inch round cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes and then put on cooling rack until cake cools completely. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting, elsewhere in book. Optional: Use any cake mix and frost with desired frosting.
