1 box butter cake mix 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained 1 large box instant vanilla pudding 1 large nondairy whipped topping Mix and bake cake as directed on box. Mix pudding mix as directed on box just before putting cake together. Break up cake and place in a punch bowl. Layer in the pudding mix, then the pineapple, then strawberries. Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle with roasted pecans if desired. Optional: You can use a purchased angel food cake from the bakery if desired.
