1 c. butter (room temperature) 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 c. Dr. Pepper 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows Icing: 1/2 c. butter 3 Tbsp. cocoa 1/3 c. Dr. Pepper 1 box confectioners sugar 1 c. chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except marshmallows in large mixing bowl; blend at low speed; mix well. Fold in marshmallows. Pour into greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes and top with icing. Icing: Combine butter, cocoa and powdered sugar; add Dr. Pepper. Beat until smooth. Add pecans and top cake.
