1/2 c. butter 6 Tbsp. butter 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder 1 lb. confectioners sugar, sifted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans In large, heavy saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter and milk. Cook over low heat until the butter melts. Increase the heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes longer. Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla. Gradually mix in the confectioners sugar. Let icing cool slightly, then frost cooled cake.
