3 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. vegetable oil 3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1 c. walnuts, chopped Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and oil; add eggs one at a time. Sift all dry ingredients. Add to mixture; beat well; add pumpkin; beat well. Fold in walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees one hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out to cooling rack. Frost when completely cooled. Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 4 c. confectioners sugar (more or less) 2 to 3 tsp. milk pinch of salt Mix ingredients and beat until creamy.
