1st Layer: 1 c. self-rising flour 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 c. chopped pecans Melt butter; add other ingredients. Press into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees and cool. 2nd Layer: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. nondairy whipped topping 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar Mix and spread over crust. 3rd Layer: 1 large or 2 small instant chocolate pudding 3 c. milk Mix pudding and milk; spread over layer 2. 4th Layer: Top 3rd layer with 12 ounce nondairy whipped topping. 5th Layer: 1/2 to 1 c. roasted chopped pecans 3 chocolate bars without almonds, grated Sprinkle over 4th layer.
