2 c. graham cracker crumbs 7 Tbsp. butter, melted 1 2/3 c. plus 1/4 c. sugar 2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree 1 c. vegetable oil 1 can cream cheese frosting Halloween shaped sprinkles Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 15 x 11-inch pan with foil and set aside. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar until well blended. Spread into foil-lined pan. Using a flat bottom measuring cup, smooth and press to cover bottom. Bake 6 minutes. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside. Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree and oil. Stir in flour mixture and mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture over cooled crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until filling pulls from sides. Let cool completely in pan. Frost the top with frosting; sprinkle with Halloween shaped sprinkles. Cut into 24 bars.
