6 c. all-purpose flour 8 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. baking powder 2 c. shortening 2 Tbsp. salt 3 c. cocoa Mix all except shortening. Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Store at room temperature in airtight containers. For Brownies: 2 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix and bake in greased glass dish 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
