1 box yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1 Tbsp. cocoa 1 stick margarine 1 c. roasted chopped pecans 1 oz. red food coloring 8 oz. cream cheese 1 box confectioners sugar Mix cake mix, 1 egg, cocoa and pecans together and spread in sheet cake pan. The batter will be thick. Mix 2 eggs, cream cheese and confectioners sugar together and pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
